Refund Policy
How Neurixmedia handles refunds for hosted SaaS software subscriptions purchased through our checkout when billing is enabled.

Hosted software subscriptions
Neurixmedia sells access to hosted software products, including AI Lab tool subscriptions. This policy applies to recurring SaaS purchases made through Neurixmedia checkout when billing is connected.
Free Preview and paid checkout
Paid checkout is not required to create a subscriber account. Free Preview access is available after email verification. No subscription charges are collected until paid checkout is available and you complete a purchase.
Refund eligibility
Refund terms apply once paid checkout is available. Terms for each plan will be shown at checkout and in your subscription confirmation. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method where permitted by the payment provider.
Non-refundable items
Custom enterprise agreements, professional services, agency delivery, and separately quoted project work are not covered by this SaaS refund policy. Those engagements are governed by their own statements of work or contracts.
